We are VectorSpace, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Head of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
