We are SigmaLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior DevOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
